GEOCHEMISTRY AND MINERALOGY
Geological industry has an important value in providing of republic raw material for the production of gold, silver, copper of and other of minerals. The presented work is the first scientifically-documentary labour on history of creation, becoming and development of pedagogical activity on preparation of specialists-geologists in the first higher educational establishment of Uzbekistan and Middle Asia - now national university of the name Мirzo Ulugbeka. A historical review embraces a 100-years-old period since creation of folk university a spring 1918 and first educational program of acquainting courses of lectures development. From 1920 after organization of the State Turkestan university his names changed: Central Asiatic, Tashkent, now - National, united and разединялись faculties geological, biological and geographical, but unchanging students got good higher education and квалифакацию.
Next periods are distinguished in history of department :
I - 1920-1930 is organization and difficult years of becoming of department, first producing of specialists of geologists in a republic. Transmission of department in the Industrial institute. II - 1936-1950 is the second birth of department of mineralogy of geological faculty in SAGA, heavy soldiery years, organization of department of petrography and litologi (1942 г) of III - 1950-1999 is a bloom of pedagogical and research activity. IV - 2000-2017 is the new system of preparation of specialists (bachelors + are master‘s degrees). The founder of department of mineralogy in 1920 Was graduating students of MGU academician A.S.Uklonskiy, to petrography and litologi - in 1942 academician V.I.Popov. From the graduating students of these departments on mineralogy, geochemistry, to petrography academicians were become: V.I.Popov, I.X.Xamrabaev, T.N.Dalimov, more than 10 dissertations (I.M.Golovanov, E.A.Dunin-Barkovskaya, S.I.Ibadullaev, M.I.Ismailov, R.I.Koneev, A.A.Koldaev, A.A.Kustarnikova L.N.Lordkipanidze of X.D.Ishbaev of and other), about 100 persons, protected doctoral - кан that already a few decades successfully Almalik works mining and smelting combine. In an especially large value had works of S.M. Mashkovtseva on Karamazarskiy to the region (Uzbekistan, Tadjikistan). In the process of holding searches of mineralization he spared large attention to the inspection of the ancient making. Were open them radioactive As - Pb - Zn are ores of North Taboschera. In 1925 ore gold is set in the district of Almalyk (Kuraminsky backbone) and in Nuratah mountains on tracks the ancient making. Then by him it was been the first are done description of copper ores of Almalyk (S.M. Mashkovtsev, 1925). In 1927 he gave a prognosis in the presence of copper ores unoutcropping, that was brilliantly confirmed by geological survey works deposit Distant ("Ore deposits of Uzbekistan", 2001). Were set them, the ancient making of Kanjola, Tartarean, Kanimansura is registered and studied. Before works of S.M. Mashkovtseva and Karamazar were known only Pb - Zn are ore occurrences in Kansai and separate displays.

Turkestan State university. Creation of department of mineralogy. Difficulties of the first years.
At the sources of systematic geological researches of Middle Asia, exposures of riches of her bowels of the earth and creation of raw mineral-material base of industry training of own geological personnels lies. Already in 1920 g. in Tashkent at the Turkestan State university (TurkGU) bases were stopped up for creation of geological service in Uzbekistan and Middle Asia. For years existence of departments of mineralogy and petrography in the system of university their structural position (table.1) changed repeatedly.
In 1920 g. on the natural separation of physico-mathematical faculty new departments (to mineralogy of and other) becoming beginning of organization of geological faculty were created, more precisely, beginning of higher geological education.
The initiator of creation of department of mineralogy was A.S.Uklonsky finishing in 1914g. natural separation of физико-математического faculty of МГУ on speciality geologist-mineralogist.
To 1920 g. A.S.Uklonsky already had an experience pedagogical and scientific work, was the employee of department of mineralogy of МGU, petrographic institute of " LITHOGEE ", associate professor, and then manager of cabinet of mineralogy and crystallography of university in Nizhny Novgorod. Arriving to Tashkent, A.S.Uklonsky with large enthusiasm waded in creation of department of mineralogy. Under an university, building of the real school was originally distinguished, where afterwards many years there was a chemical faculty SAGA (on crossing of streets of Proletarian and Shevchenko). On recommendation of V.Vernadsky of A.S.Uklonsky brought from МGU textbooks, on-line tutorials, "Mountain magazine" for 10, mineralogical and chemical equipment. In organization of department he was helped by Yu.M. Golubkova also arriving from Moscow. In future an university moved in two large brick 4th storeyed building on the public garden of Amira of Timur.
The first not numerous set of students was on 1920-21yy. In 1921 a department was passed on the created mountain separation of technical faculty of Of TurkGU, and in 1922г. in connection with reorganization last again returned on a физико-математический faculty, where it was created geological and natural separations.
Pedagogical composition of department : А.S.Uklonskiy - organizer, professor (with 1927) managing a department (to 1972г); Golubkova Yulia Mikhajlovna (1920-1928г) helped in organization of department, taught radiometry, arrived from Petersburg; Berger Nikolay Karlovich (1920-1922), finished an university in Kyiv, first assistant A.S.Uklonsky invited on a department; Bekzdeca I.I. (1921-1928), arrived from Moscow, taught crystallography; one of the first researchers of Pamirs, where studied the deposits of lead, and other; Kulchitsky A.M. (1921-1926), arrived from Moscow, engaged in the hydrogeochemistry of waters of Turkestan, with 1926г head by the department of geology; Kultyasov S.V. (1923-1930г), one of the first students of A.S.Uklonsky, graduating student Of TurkGU, assistant; Tsybyshev P.V. (1923-1926) one of the first students of A.S.Uklonsky, graduating student TurkGU. In the first teachers were not enough 10. A.S.Uklonsky gave lectures on the geological separation of fizmatite on mineralogy, petrography, geochemistry, minerals. On the chemical separation of fizmatite – mines
The second birth of department of mineralogy is Period 1936-1950, heavy soldiery years
In 1930 all departments of geological separation SAGA were distinguished in independent the institute of САГРИ, after renamed in Industrial (now ТашГТУ) and, thus, deport SAGA from composition. However life showed the necessity of producing of specialists of university profile : geologists-renters, mineralogists, petrographers, литологов. In 1936 on a new почвенно-геолого-географическом faculty the new department of mineralogy was organized. (table.2.). Her organizer again was А.S.Uklonskiy.
Faculty advisors of department :
А.S.Uklonskiy is a manager, academician АН Руз, with 1943, honoured worker of science, doctor of г.м.н., professor;
Y.М.Golubkova - канд, г.м.н. associate professor;

Devices and equipment (it was purchased before war) : microscopes, binoculars, luminoscope, sets of models of forms of crystals and crystalline grates (for a lecture course and practical employments on crystallography), sets of "blowpipes" of and other
In 1942 from the department of mineralogy the cabinet of petrography was separated in the new independent department of "Petrography and литологии", and students began to get the diploma of инженера-минеролога or engineer-petrographer. One of features of methodology is remained by close connection of students with the advanced study of department and with productive and scientific organizations in that they could work.
Department of mineralogy in 1950-1999, bloom of pedagogical and research activity
A post-war period was marked intensity of development of geological works, opening of new deposits, геолого-разведочными, геолого-съемочными, searching works. For their quality implementation mineralogical and petrographic researches were required. It was lifted at state level problem of the complex use of deposits, exposures of admixtures of rare and dissipated elements and possibilities of their extraction from ores of Pb, Zn, Cu, Мo of and other Began widely to use the geochemical, гидрогеохимические and biochemical methods of searches of оруденения.
Working out the totals of 35-летния creation of department, А.S.Uklonskiy wrote, that for such short space in Uzbekistan, where higher geological education was not, new shots apt at creative work were educated, that created extraordinary on a scope mining industry . Herein there was a large merit of department of mineralogy, all graduating students of geological faculty of university got through lecture and practical employments of that.

In contrast to past years, the department has computers purchased with grants. Classes on computer science are conducted in a special audience for the entire faculty, staffed with computers. All equipment is obsolete. For the research of teachers and students and the preparation of dissertations (master‘s, doctoral), new equipment is needed: an electronic microprobe, a mass spectrometer, etc.).
Textbooks and teaching aids. In recent years, the latest textbooks published in Moscow (Table 2) on petrography (received as a gift from Academician Yu.A. Bogatikov), mineralogy, and geochemistry (single specimens brought by Prof. R.I. Koneev) were used in lecturing. Unfortunately, the faculty did not have the opportunity to carry out their purchase in the library for students. However, the staff of the department actively worked on the creation of their textbooks and manuals. Important works for the pedagogical process and the formation of modern scientific concepts were the works of TN Dalimov and VI Troitsky "Evolutionary Geology", R.I .Koneeva on micro- and nanomineralogy, OK Kushmuradova especially in the Uzbek language.
Preparation of masters. Since the beginning of the creation of a new system of study at the National University (1999-2017), more than 100 master‘s degrees have been prepared through the magistracy in the areas of petrography, geochemistry and mineralogy; of them: petrography and volcanology - 6, mineralogy, crystallography, petrography - 26, mineralogy and crystallography - 9, expert mineralogy - 19, geochemistry - 35.
The department carried out joint work (R.I Koneev) with foreign scientists on international projects. The participating students (bachelors, undergraduates) and postgraduates traveled to internships, conferences and geological congresses to other countries: R. Khalmatov, Yu. Moon traveled to England (the Museum of Natural History in London), International Congresses in Italy (U. Aripov) , in Australia and Norway (R.Khalmatov, Yu.Mun, Ganev I.N, Umarov A.Z), and others.
In the international projects teachers of the petrological and geodynamic direction of the department took part: academician T.N.Dalimov, Kh.D.Ishbaev, associate professor I.Ganiev. The involvement of undergraduates, graduate students in the development of scientific projects is bearing fruit.
