The National University of Uzbekistan is ranked among the Top 50 universities in the World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI)

    On June 10, the results of the World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI) international ranking for 2022 were announced. This year, about 500 universities participated in the ranking, and 724 innovative projects were considered. World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI) is a global ranking compiled by the most prestigious universities in the United States, Asia, Europe and Africa. The top leaders in compiling this ranking are 10 universities (Hanze University (Netherlands), Beijing University of Business and Technology (China), Belgorod National Research University (Russia), Bremen University of Applied Sciences (Germany), Incheon National University (South Korea), Northern Arizona University (USA), Tamper University of Science (Finland)), which is an organization that mainly evaluates the number of the highest quality and useful research and innovation projects in universities around the world and their impact on society and higher education institutions. The WURI rating evaluates universities through the best innovative projects in 6 areas. These are:

  According to the results of the rating, the National University of Uzbekistan took the 38th place in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and was included in the TOP-50 list.

 For information: two universities from the Republic of Uzbekistan, namely the National University of Uzbekistan and Tashkent State Law University, are included in this ranking. In the WURI 2022 ranking, Harvard University (21st place), University of Pennsylvania (30th place), Imperial College London (31st place), University of Washington (35th place) in the direction of the Fourth Industrial Revolution place), Oxford University (49th place) is also included in the TOP-50 list.‌‌
