In 1931, it was created an independent Faculty of Biology and Soil Science. In 2015, it was renamed the Faculty of Biology. Scientists such as J.A. Musaev (1928-2014), Y. Turakulov (1917-2005), T.Z. Zokhidov (1906-1981) and B.O.
