Currently, the \u201cErasmus+ International Staff Training Week, FUB International Staff Week\u201d is being held at Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin (QS Ranking: 97), located in Berlin, Germany.<\/p>\n

More than 300 specialists working in the field of higher education from 51 countries around the world have gathered for this training. The main goal of the event is to foster knowledge exchange, strengthen cooperation, and develop international networks.<\/p>\n

Nodir Narziyev, Head of the Educational Infrastructure Transformation Department of the National University of Uzbekistan (NUUz), is also participating in the event as part of the Erasmus+ ICM \/ KA171 \/ Erasmus+ Worldwide colleagues project under the program titled \u201cEmpowering Postdoc Support: Innovative Strategies and Global Collaboration.\u201d Notably, he is the only participant from Central Asia involved in this project.<\/p>\n

Throughout the training week, various interactive sessions are being conducted by representatives from the university\u2019s central administrative departments. Topics include: academic success and career integration of international students, different pathways for student mobility, regional partnerships and managing international networks, support for doctoral students through innovative strategies, and global collaboration, among others.<\/p>\n

In addition to academic components, the event also includes a focus on sports. Participants can engage in running events over distances of 5 km, 7.5 km, and 10 km, as well as canoeing, paddleboarding, and various other aquatic marathons.<\/p>\n

It is worth mentioning that this Erasmus+ program was secured by the International Relations Department of NUUz. Through this program, international office staff have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills abroad through grant-funded training opportunities.<\/p>\n
