According to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. F\u201343 dated July 18, 2025, \u201cOn approving the parameters of the state admission quota for enrollment in state higher education institutions,\u201d 30 state grants<\/strong> have been allocated for young compatriots residing abroad who wish to study in the fields of Uzbek language and literature, history, culture, arts, and crafts.<\/p>\n Applications for participation in the \u201cFor Compatriots\u201d<\/strong> state grant competition are accepted until October 10, 2025<\/strong>. \ud83d\udd39 Eligibility criteria for applicants:<\/strong> a foreign citizen or stateless person who identifies as Uzbek or Karakalpak from an ethnic, linguistic, and cultural-historical perspective;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n or a person born and formerly residing in Uzbekistan, but currently residing permanently abroad;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n b) Must be registered as an applicant for one of the bachelor\u2019s degree programs approved by the State Commission for the Admission of Foreign Citizens to Educational Institutions of Uzbekistan and recommended for enrollment based on the results of an interview;<\/p>\n c) Must be under 30 years of age<\/strong>;<\/p>\n d) Must have knowledge of the Uzbek language<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39 Special selection exams<\/strong> will be conducted based on the subjects corresponding to the chosen bachelor\u2019s program:<\/p>\n a) For programs that include professional (creative) exams \u2014 the selected higher education institution will administer the professional\/creative exam;<\/p>\n b) For candidates nominated by higher education institutions \u2014 the Knowledge and Skills Assessment Agency will administer testing;<\/p>\n c) For programs with entrance exams in test format \u2014 tests will be conducted by the Knowledge and Skills Assessment Agency.<\/p>\n Based on the results of these special exams, candidates with the highest scores, within the quota for each program, will be awarded state grants.<\/p>\n \ud83d\udccdPress Service of NUUz\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>","date":"2025-09-19 10:04:51","image":"https:\/\/nuu.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/104-2.png"}
