The event is attended by more than 300 participants representing higher education and scientific institutions, government bodies, and international organizations from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Hungary, the European Union, and Middle Eastern countries.<\/p>\n

At the opening ceremony of the forum, Nunzio Quacquarelli, President of QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) and Chairman of the Board, delivered a speech highlighting new strategic prospects for higher education in the Eurasian region, as well as ongoing efforts aimed at international integration and improving the quality of education.<\/p>\n

The Rector of the National University of Uzbekistan, Inom Majidov, also took part in the forum and gave a speech. He emphasized that today higher education is becoming not only a national center for training personnel and generating knowledge, but also a key driver of scientific research aimed at solving global challenges, creating the common intellectual capital of humanity, and fostering cultural and academic dialogue between countries.<\/p>\n

In addition, Inom Majidov noted that in recent years the National University of Uzbekistan has been expanding its activities based on international standards, regional cooperation, and principles of global integration.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of the forum, the National University of Uzbekistan signed a memorandum of cooperation with the S. Utebayev Atyrau University of Oil and Gas and the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan University.<\/p>\n

The \u201cQS Eurasia Forum 2025,\u201d being held in Tashkent, serves as an important platform for advancing higher education across the Eurasian educational space, expanding intergovernmental cooperation, and establishing a new stage of collaboration with universities around the world. The forum will continue until November 26.<\/p>\n
