Today, April 15, a \u201cCareer Day\u201d job fair aimed at promoting employment among graduating students was organized at the Faculty of Physics of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.

The event was attended by more than 20 representatives from public and private sector organizations, including the Scientific and Technical Center for Industrial Radiation and Nuclear Safety, the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology, the Ministry of Water Resources, and branch institutes of the Academy of Sciences. Participants were provided with information about available job vacancies, internship opportunities, and conditions for starting their professional careers.<\/p>\n

During the event, a \u201cYoung Physics Inventors\u201d competition was held at the initiative of the Department of General Physics, where students presented their inventions and innovative ideas. The participants\u2019 works were evaluated by faculty members.<\/p>\n

This event was organized to implement the tasks outlined by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during his meeting with youth on February 24, 2026, to ensure employment for graduates, prepare them in line with labor market demands, and strengthen cooperation with employer organizations.<\/p>\n
