A seminar-training for professors, graduate students, and students was organized at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek with the participation of representatives of the Intellectual Property Center under the Ministry of Justice. The event was devoted to the topics \u201cThe concept of an analogue and the closest analogue in an invention application\u201d and \u201cLegal protection and enforcement of intellectual property objects.\u201d<\/p>\n

The seminar was opened by the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation. In his speech, he highlighted current issues and common mistakes encountered in the process of filing applications for intellectual property objects, as well as the measures being taken to address them. He also provided information about future plans and initiatives in this area.<\/p>\n

During the event, specialists from the Intellectual Property Center provided important explanations on the subject. In particular, Dildora Rasulova emphasized the importance of such seminars in developing knowledge and skills in intellectual property among the academic community. She noted that proper \u043e\u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 (registration) of intellectual property objects is a key factor in fostering innovation.<\/p>\n

Ikrom Abduqodirov also delivered a detailed presentation on technical and legal errors commonly made when submitting applications for inventions and utility models, as well as mechanisms to prevent them. Issues related to the \u043e\u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 of copyright-related documents and the procedure for submitting electronic control copies were also discussed.<\/p>\n

In addition, special attention was given to the commercialization of intellectual property. Shuhrat Chotbayev provided detailed explanations on introducing scientific developments into practice, licensing, technology transfer, and bringing innovations to market through startup projects.<\/p>\n

At the end of the event, participants received answers to their questions.
