{"id":37123,"title":"Sports events under the slogan \u201cTogether Towards Mass Sports!\u201d kicked off at the National University of Uzbekistan","content":"<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"paragraph is-rich-chat-ui normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1780\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1780\">Today, May 6, as part of the \u201cWednesday \u2013 Sports Day\u201d initiative, the opening ceremony of large-scale sports events was held at the sports complex of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. These competitions are organized to promote a healthy lifestyle among students and staff<\/span><button class=\"xap-inline-dialog citation-marker ng-star-inserted\" aria-describedby=\"cdk-describedby-message-ng-1-45\" data-disabled=\"false\"><\/button><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2083\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph is-rich-chat-ui normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2084\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2084\">Vice-Rector of the University, Shuhrat Toshmatov, delivered a welcoming speech at the opening ceremony. During his speech, the Vice-Rector read out the Rector&#8217;s holiday greeting to the participants and emphasized the significant role of mass sports in human health.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph is-rich-chat-ui normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2349\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2349\">Following the opening ceremony, the \u201cDorilfunun\u201d team performed according to the program. The artistic and sports-related performances prepared by the team added a special energy to the event and uplifted the spirits of all attendees.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph is-rich-chat-ui normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2583\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2583\">As part of the sports activities, participants tested their skills in several disciplines. Specifically, the program included intense competitions and drills in sports such as jumping rope, shuttle runs on volleyball courts, and standing long jumps.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph is-rich-chat-ui normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2832\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2832\">University leadership, deans, vice-rectors, tutors, educator-pedagogues,
