A cultural and educational concert program was organized at the National University of Uzbekistan to mark June 30 \u2013 Youth Day and June 27 \u2013 Press and Mass Media Workers\u2019 Day. The event brought together university faculty members, students, and representatives of the mass media.<\/p>\n
The celebration was opened by the university\u2019s First Vice-Rector, Tunis Khojiyev. He delivered a festive message on behalf of the Rector of the university. The congratulatory address highlighted the important role of press and media professionals in society and emphasized the ongoing reforms aimed at strengthening the principles of freedom of speech, openness, and transparency in the country. It also recognized the contribution of the faculty members of the Department of Journalism and the university\u2019s Press Service staff in communicating developments in education and science to the wider public.<\/p>\n
The message also included a special address to students and young people, praising their commitment to learning, scientific research, and achievements in various fields. The significant role of youth in the development of New Uzbekistan was underscored, and sincere congratulations were extended on the occasion of the upcoming Youth Day.<\/p>\n
