On 27 June 2026<\/strong>, the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Federal Republic of Germany<\/strong> hosted a welcoming ceremony for the winners of the national “Following the Jadids”<\/strong> competition, along with a special networking event. The gathering brought together Uzbek compatriots living in Germany, researchers from various fields, representatives of culture and international cooperation, as well as participants of the First Congress of Uzbek Educators in Germany<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During the event, Dilshod Akhatov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Federal Republic of Germany<\/strong>, delivered a presentation on the current state and future prospects of scientific, educational, and cultural cooperation between Uzbekistan and Germany. The event was also attended by members of the practical research project AL-9224104729, “Developing a Constructive Transdisciplinary Model for Promoting the National and Strategic Ideas of Jadidism,”<\/strong> implemented by the Coordinating and Methodological Center for the Contemporary History of Uzbekistan under the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The project leader, Professor Shahnoza Madayeva<\/strong>, presented a lecture entitled “The National and Strategic Ideas of Jadidism and Their Historical and Contemporary Significance.”<\/strong> Project member Professor Noibakhon Mamadaliyeva<\/strong> delivered a presentation on “Standards, Metrology, and Product Quality in the Activities of Jadid-Era Intellectuals.”<\/strong> The event also featured the presentation of the first volume of the facsimile edition “Turkestan Literature in Germany,”<\/strong> authored by Professor Temur Kho\u2018ja o\u2018g\u2018li<\/strong> and published in collaboration with Professor Shahnoza Madayeva<\/strong> and Leading Researcher Shahnoza Nazarova<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the event, Azamat Amirov, Deputy Director of the Coordinating and Methodological Center for the Contemporary History of Uzbekistan<\/strong>, introduced the jadidglobal.uz<\/strong> digital platform and its opportunities. An interview summarizing the scientific and educational visit to Germany was also conducted, highlighting the importance of the visit in strengthening international academic cooperation and promoting the rich legacy of the Jadid movement worldwide.<\/p>\n
