Defended a dissertation at the Specialized Council of the Institute of Physics and Technology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the specialty 01.04.04 \u201cPhysical Electronics\u201d on the topic: \u201cRegularities of formation and electronic properties of nanoscale structures on the surface and subsurface regions of metals and semiconductors by the ion bombardment method.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"3278\" data-end=\"3380\">In 2020, awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty of Physical Electronics.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"3382\" data-end=\"3846\">In 2020, awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Defended a dissertation at the Scientific Council under the Institute of Ion-Plasma and Laser Technologies in the specialty 01.04.04 \u201cPhysical Electronics\u201d on the topic: \u201cPhysico-technological foundations for the formation of nanoscale structures produced by ion bombardment in the subsurface layers of Nb, Si, CdTe, and CaF2 crystals and their electronic-optical properties.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3940\">In 2023, awarded the academic title of Professor in the specialty of Physical Electronics.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr
