Education: in 2001, he graduated from the Special Faculty of the Tashkent University of Information Technology with a degree in radio and space communications engineering; from 2004 to 2006, he studied at the Center for Radioelectronic Systems and Information Technology at the Tashkent University of Information Technology with a Master&#8217;s degree in Information Security. He defended his dissertation in 2022 on the topic &#8220;Creation of a Cryptographically Secure Symmetric Block Encryption Algorithm&#8221; in the field of 05.01.05 \u2013 Methods and Systems of Information Protection.
