Her nationality is Uzbek. In 1994, she enrolled in the Faculty of &#8220;Mechanics and Mathematics&#8221; at Tashkent State University (currently the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek), graduating in 1999. From 1999 to 2004, she worked as a lecturer at the Tashkent State Law Institute.
