<\/p>\n
I was born on March 20, 1947 in the Amudarya district of Karakalpakstan. In 1970, after graduating from the Physics Faculty of Saratov State University (Russia), I was assigned to the Physical-Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. There, in 1981, I defended my thesis for the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences in the specialty 01.04.10 – semiconductor physics. In 1982-2003, I was a leading engineer and head of the laboratory at the Special Design and Technology Bureau of the Mikond plant in Tashkent. Until 2016, I was a leading researcher and project manager at the Institute of Power Engineering and Automation of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. As a result of these works, in 2014, at the Scientific Council of the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, I defended my dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences in the specialty 01.04.07 – condensed state physics. From 2018 to the present, I have been working as an acting professor and associate professor at the Department of Photonics of the Physics Faculty of the National University of Uzbekistan. I give lectures and conduct practical classes on the subjects “Methodology of Scientific Research” (Master’s program, 1st semester) and “Fundamentals of Nanophysics” (Bachelor’s program, 6th semester).<\/p>\n
As a result of my scientific activity, more than 200 scientific articles and lectures, 7 monographs have been published, I have received 8 copyright certificates and patents for my inventions. <\/p>\n
At the end of 2025, one of my students defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 01.04.07 – condensed state physics.<\/p>\n
In 2021-2024, I led 2 international scientific projects, and in 2019-2020, I was a leading researcher in 1 international scientific project.\n <\/p>\n
