On October 21 of this year, with the participation of professors, teachers, and students of the Department of Political Science of the university, a simulated “UN-module” for students on the topic “The Movement of World Youth for Peace” was organized. At it, the content of practical reforms in the field of youth policy in about 50 countries of the world, the achievements of young people, as well as national and international norms in the further stabilization of the socio-political life of young people were studied by students and discussed on the basis of role-playing games within the framework of the simulated UN summit.

Students of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, Tashkent State Transport University, and a number of other universities also participated in the simulated “UN module,” organized by 2nd-year students of the university’s Political Science program.

The purpose of this event is to “strengthen the knowledge, skills, and experience of our students in instilling in the minds of young people the initiatives put forward by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev within the framework of international organizations, educating them in the spirit of active citizenship, ensuring human dignity, rights, and freedoms, and improving the system of social protection of the population,” emphasizes Kamoliddin Mirzaakhmedov, Professor of the Department of Political Science, Doctor of Political Sciences (DSc).
