Today, November 24, the Rector of the National University of Uzbekistan, Inom Madjidov, met with the Rector of the S. Utebayev Atyrau University of Oil and Gas, Gulzada Shakulikova, and the Rector of the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan University, Saule Rakhmetullina.

During the meeting, prospects for cooperation between higher educational institutions were discussed, in particular, issues of joint projects, scientific research, and academic exchanges in such areas as geology, mining, oil and gas, geoinformatics, chemistry, physics, nuclear physics, and artificial intelligence.

The parties expressed proposals for the exchange of experience, the establishment of joint programs, the expansion of cooperation between professors and teachers, and the organization of internships for students and doctoral students.

An agreement was also reached on the development of scientific cooperation, the creation of joint laboratories, and the implementation of joint projects within the framework of grants.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on the development of a roadmap based on proposals and initiatives and the signing of a memorandum of understanding in the future.
