Turotov Furkat was born on April 12, 1992, in the city of Yangiyer, Syrdarya region.
Since 2018, he has been working at National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
In 2025, in the specialty 01.04.05 – Optics, he defended his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) dissertation entitled:
“Magneto-optical and optical properties of yttrium aluminum garnet and yttrium fluoride crystals activated with thulium (Tm³⁺), europium (Eu³⁺), and terbium (Tb³⁺) ions.”
