On November 25-27, 45-hour professional development courses for French language teachers from across the country were organized at the Faculty of Foreign Philology of the National University of Uzbekistan in collaboration with the Department of French Philology and the French Embassy in Uzbekistan.
Two professors from higher educational institutions in France were involved in this process. French language teachers gained experience in methods of teaching French to children, as well as in modules for training future foreign language teachers through theater.
These advanced training courses, organized on the occasion of the International French Language Teachers’ Day, were very beneficial for specialists and educators. All teachers participated in sharing their thoughts and feedback during the final seminar held in the conference hall of the Information Resource Center.

Khabibulla Bakiev, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Philology, thanked the French teachers and presented them with memorable gifts. The guests expressed their gratitude to the National University of Uzbekistan for its practical assistance in organizing this seminar.
