1-International Student-Youth Zomin Tourism Forum held

On may 21-22, in Zomin District of Jizzakh region, the 1st International Student-Youth Zomin Tourism Forum was held by the National University of Uzbekistan with the participation of foreign and domestic student-youth under the slogan “Youth and ethnotourism”.

This forum was organized with the aim of further development of tourist activity among students and young people, practical support of their new ideas, meaningful leisure time, as well as promotion of tourism facilities of the Jizzakh region.

Within the framework of the Forum, national and ethnosport Games, “Open day” with the participation of graduate students of Zomin district comprehensive schools, a Plogging campaign, intellectual games of intelligence among student-youth and local youth of the district, as well as various cultural and educational events were organized.

1st International Student-Youth Zomin Tourism Forum was attended by students of the National University of Uzbekistan and the Jizzakh branch of the university, as well as foreign student-youth, as well as youth of the district. In a significant aspect, The Forum also covered foreign students from the United States, China, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan.
