    The exhibition section consists of vertebrate and invertebrate animals. In the vertebrate collection, there are wet specimens, skeletons, models, and skins (furs) of chordate animals belonging to 3 subtypes and 9 classes.

    180 skins (furs) of birds, belonging to 19 orders and 98 species, are stored;

    30 skins (furs) of mammals, belonging to 10 orders, are stored. 15 pairs of antlers of ungulate animals are stored.

    Wet specimens of fish, aquatic and terrestrial representatives of the reptile class are stored in 230 glass cylinders.

    In the invertebrate collection, there are specimens of many invertebrate species found on Earth. Most invertebrates are stored as wet specimens in glass cylinders. The insect collection is stored in special cabinets (as shown in the appendix).

    The ornithological collection is stored in closed cabinets in the museum’s storage department (as shown in the appendix).
