Department of Organization of Gifted Students’ Activities

The department organizes the scientific activities of talented students and masters studying at the university. The department consists of 1 head of the department and 2 employees.

Functional tasks of the department:

• Organization of the search and identification of talented students;
• Determine the intellectual potential of talented students; – organization of targeted training of talented students depending on their abilities and inclinations;
• Organization of special trainings for talented students on the history of Uzbekistan, foreign language, information technology and the use of the Internet;
• Involvement of talented students in fundamental scientific research, scientific circles and creative teams;
• Organization of participation of talented students in scientific and practical conferences, university, interuniversity, republican and international conferences, symposia, olympiads and competitions;
• Preparation of candidates for the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and personal state scholarships, holding scientific olympiads among talented students;
• Organization of candidates’ participation in competitions for the distribution of admission quotas allocated for the grant of the
• President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of education;
• Material and moral support for talented students and their supervisors;
• Organization of round tables of talented students with representatives of science, heads of universities, experienced professors and teachers.
