An awareness-raising event was held at the National University of Uzbekistan to prevent possible road accidents on the ground.

Employees of the Road Traffic Safety Department of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Tashkent and the Department for Coordination of the Activities of Internal Affairs Bodies of the Almazar district held a meeting on February 19 of this year to discuss the road traffic accident that occurred on the street passing through the citizens’ assembly of the “Ziyo” mahalla of the Almazar district.

Representatives of the National University of Uzbekistan working with youth, professors and teachers, and students took part in it.

At the meeting, detailed information was provided on the causes of the road traffic accident and measures to prevent it. In order to eliminate such unpleasant situations in the future, appropriate instructions were given on strict adherence to traffic rules.
