Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, PhD Sardorbek Rahim o‘g‘li Otajonov, is currently undergoing a three-month scientific internship at the University of Copenhagen (ranked among the Top-100 universities worldwide) as a winner of the “Train-the-Trainer” program under the Erasmus+ ECAMPUZ project (“European World Talent Camp for Uzbekistan Scientists in Food Science and Technology” – ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE) funded by the European Union.

The main objective of this scientific research visit is to study advanced experiences in the field of food analytics and biotechnology, master modern scientific methods, and implement innovative approaches in this field in Uzbekistan.

During the internship, he is conducting research in the Foodomics Lab (Food Analysis Laboratory), focusing on the comprehensive assessment of food products in terms of quality and safety, as well as conducting investigations based on cutting-edge technologies.
