Today, on April 9, a delegation led by Chancellor Tim Keane of Webster University visited the National University of Uzbekistan. The foreign guests were received by Rector Inom Madjidov.

Accompanying the Chancellor were Webster University President Julian Schuster, Chief Financial Officer William Donovan, Director of International Campuses Ryan Gaffey, Board of Trustees member Alan Elliot Mershen, Rector of Webster University in Tashkent Anthony Jarvis, and Executive Director of the Center for Educational Program Implementation Rasul Rakhmonov, who visited NUUz.

During the meeting, prospects for establishing promising educational programs between the two universities in the fields of information technology, biology, biochemistry, and chemistry were discussed. Additionally, opportunities for joint participation in scientific and various grant projects in the USA, along with several other important initiatives, were put forward.

Rector of NUUz Inom Madjidov and Chancellor of Webster University Tim Kean agreed to develop cooperation and consistently continue contacts on all projects, programs and initiatives that serve the interests of the two universities.
