On June 12, 2023, Imran Mukhtarov, Education Manager of "Azerkosmos" Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, visited the National University of Uzbekistan.

The following issues were discussed during the meeting:

 "International Astronomy Congress 2023" organized by "Azerkosmos" agency was attended by professors and students of the National University of Uzbekistan.

Opinions were exchanged on the participation of NUUz professors in the SpaceAcademy space academy, which is expected to be opened by the agency in 2024, and issues of future scientific cooperation between "Azerkosmos" and leading universities of Azerbaijan and NUUz
