A meeting was organized with the participation of representatives of the National Bank of Uzbekistan Joint Stock Company to ensure the employment of students, prepare them for the labor market, and support youth initiatives. This meeting was held within the framework of the “Step to the Future” project.

During the event, Behruz Ostonov, Deputy Director of the “Step to the Future” Center under the “Uzmilliybank” JSC, and Azimjon Ilhomov, Chief Specialist of the Center, held an open dialogue with students. They provided detailed information about the opportunities created for young professionals, as well as mechanisms for financing startup projects through the “Step to the Future” program.

Also, during the meeting, students had the opportunity to present their ideas and startup projects. Bank representatives made proposals for supporting the most promising projects, financing them, and providing practical assistance.

This meeting served as an important platform for graduating students to establish their future careers, learn about the demands and opportunities in the labor market, and implement their startup ideas. At the end of the event, active students were awarded with souvenirs.
