Today, April 9, a spiritual and educational round table on the topic “We are the descendants of Sahibkiran Amir Temur!” was organized at the National University of Uzbekistan in connection with the 689th anniversary of the birth of our great ancestor Amir Temur and the 90th anniversary of the Faculty of History. University students and young researchers participated in it.

At the event, A.Adilov, Associate Professor of the Department of Modern History of Uzbekistan, D.Rakhmonberdiyev, and S.Juraeva, Associate Professor of the Department of History of Uzbekistan, delivered interesting presentations.

Deep analytical opinions were expressed about Amir Temur’s state administration, military art, diplomacy, attention to science, and his role in the international political arena.

The roundtable discussion played a significant role in enhancing the historical awareness and national pride of our youth, strengthening their sense of love for the Motherland, as well as shaping the concept of military patriotism. Participants gained new knowledge and perspectives on the in-depth study of Amir Temur’s legacy and its interpretation in relation to the present day.
