The chief engineer’s service is to control compliance with the rules of technical safety and technical operation in the important facilities of the university; conducting negotiations and accepting work with existing internal resources of the university or contracting organizations on reconstruction, capital and current repairs; Preparation of project-estimate documents for capital repair, including the building and its evacuation plan; Participating in resolving issues related to renovation of existing facilities and adaptation to installation of expensive and bulky equipment in buildings; Control of the technical condition and equipment of buildings and timely repairs
