Accounting budget and extra-budgetary funds for the payment of salaries and equivalent payments to professors, scholarship payments to students and doctoral students, accounting of fixed assets and commodity assets available at the university, funds allocated within the framework of innovative projects, and carries out the tasks of keeping the accounts of economic contract funds and controlling the income of payments made by students on the basis of payment-contract agreements. Accounting of university accounting for budgetary and extra-budgetary funds is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Accounting" and the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 22.12.2010 carries out work in accordance with the Instruction and other normative legal documents registered in 2169.
