The external department is a structural division of the management structure of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. and carrying out in a coordinated manner, training of scientific and pedagogical personnel, qualification improvement and retraining, as well as the coordinating structure of the implementation of scientific and research projects in the departments. Section Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees, Orders, Decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders, orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders of the university rector, operates on the basis of orders and the University Charter as well as internal rules and regulations. The head of the department and 1 stylist work in the external department.
Duties of the external department: – development of external education development programs; – concluding contracts with employers on the organization of students’ professional internships; – ensuring that new teaching technologies are implemented and student learning is monitored; -coordination and approval of the subjects of students’ graduation qualification works; – taking measures to increase the effectiveness of educational and educational work with students; – organization of measures on labor protection, technical and fire safety, compliance of the department’s employees with the rules of internal order and labor discipline; – planning, organization and coordination of teaching-methodical and scientific works of professors who ensure the educational process; – to protect and implement the interests of extramural education at the meetings of the Council of the higher educational institution, at the rector’s office, faculties and departments; – distribution of professors and teachers who provide the educational process in extramural education to guide students’ coursework and graduation qualification work; – ensuring interaction of the external department with other structures of the higher education institution, etc.
