Strategic Development and Transformation of Educational Infrastructure Department

1. Main objective of the department

The primary objective of the Department is to ensure the long-term strategic development of the University; to transform its educational infrastructure in accordance with contemporary standards and global best practices; to initiate and coordinate the processes of international accreditation of academic programs and specializations; to promote the development of joint educational programs and to coordinate activities related to attracting investments in support of the University’s strategic priorities.

2. Functions of the department

To develop the University’s medium- and long-term strategic development concept and to monitor the implementation of the approved strategic plans; to prepare proposals aimed at modernizing the educational infrastructure, advancing digital transformation, and introducing innovative technologies into the teaching and learning environment; to organize and coordinate international accreditation processes for academic programs and institutional activities and to develop and implement joint educational programs (including dual degree, double degree, and joint degree programs) in collaboration with foreign higher education institutions.
