The department is responsible for the organization and supervision of work with youth in the faculties, student residences, work with youth, spiritual and educational issues, performed by faculty deans, their deputy deans for work with youth, and department heads. performs tasks such as analyzing cases and making recommendations. Also, during the work of the department, to help improve the work done in order to improve the spiritual and physical development of students, to participate in the formation of priority directions of spiritual, educational and educational work in the university, relevant regulatory documents, measures development of events and work plans, structural improvement of spiritual and educational work of the university in cooperation with the city and district departments of the Republican “Spirituality and Enlightenment” center, as well as foundations and public organizations operating in our country is a structure.

The composition of the department: consists of 1 department head and 5 stylists.
