The Ghoethe Institute of Germany in Tashkent is expanding its collaboration

The Department of German Philology of the Faculty of Foreign Philology of the National University of Uzbekistan has been cooperating with the Ghoethe Institute in Tashkent for many years.

In order to strengthen this cooperation, on May 28, the head of the German language department of the Goethe Institute in Tashkent, Dildora Ismatillayeva and Sayyora Turakulova visited the National University of Uzbekistan with the proposal «Introduction to the program learning to teach a German» (Deutch lernen lernen)

During the meeting, the both sidesagreed to implement DLL (Deutch lernen lernen) program «Teaching a German language» in the curriculum of the Department of German Philology of the University, from the new academic year.

So far, 6 parts of textbook published in Germany have been tested in german language classes conducted by 3rd and 4th year students of the German Philology Department, and these textbooks have been well mastered by the students.It should be noted that the Ghoethe Institute will organize a training course for professors of the Department of German philology.
