Harmony of education, science and industry in international cooperation

On April 22, 2021, a delegation led by the Rector of the National Technical University of Belarus Sergey Vasilevich Kharitonchik visited the National University of Uzbekistan. The delegation was welcomed by the rector of the National University Inom Madjidov and vice-rectors. It is known that a memorandum of international cooperation was signed with the National Technical University of Belarus in February this year. In the 2021/2022 academic year, it was agreed to establish admission to joint educational programs in the field of Laser Physics: Materials Science and Materials Technology (by industry) and then to expand educational programs in other promising areas.

In particular, the rector of UNU presented to the rector of the National University of Uzbekistan a bank of potential professors and teachers of the university and their research areas, as well as current research topics. In this regard, the two university scholars noted that doctoral students and independent researchers could establish a two-way leadership experience, thereby enhancing and strengthening the scientific and academic status of the two universities.

Sergey Vasilevich also noted that the UN Technopark and its manufacturing enterprises are always open as a practical and scientific laboratory for masters, basic doctoral students and independent researchers of the National University of Uzbekistan.

In turn, the rector of the National University of Uzbekistan announced the announcement of a joint international competition of scientific projects of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Committee for Science and Technology of Belarus. -communication technologies and interdisciplinary sciences”.

During the meeting, the parties reached a long and detailed agreement on a number of issues, including the joint creation of modern textbooks, translation of existing ones and enrichment of their content in agreement with the author.
