Helge Kleifeld
Professor Helge Kleinfeld is a professor at the National University of Uzbekistan and holds a PhD in both History and Political Science. He also holds the title of Assessor des Archivdienstes (Assessor of the Archival Service) and is the head of the city archive in Monchengladbach. Since 2019, he has been conducting block seminars on country studies at the Department of German Philology at the National University of Uzbekistan, where he introduces students to the history and geography of Germany and discusses the political system of the Federal Republic of Germany. Together with Professor Sh.S. Imyaminova, Professor Kleinfeld published a textbook in Germany titled “A Brief Introduction to German Country Studies”, aimed at supporting students in their study of Germanistics.
