On April 2-4 of this year, Dr. Helgа Kleifeld, an employee of the Marburg State Archives of Germany, a specialist in history, politics, geography and archival science, visited the Department of German Philology of the Faculty of Foreign Philology and conducted block seminars on the subject of “Country Studies” (Germany) for talented students of this department.

These seminars mainly provided information about the history of Germany, its politics, culture, and attractions. Also, Dr. Helgа Kleifeld made presentations about the life of young people in Germany, their education, and interests, and answered questions of interest to students. For information, Mr.

Helgа Kleifeld has been cooperating with the Department of German Philology since 2016 and has the title of Honorary Professor of the National University of Uzbekistan since 2023.
