UK Norwich Institute of Language Education (Nile) Representatives Online Meeting
On May 30, 2022, an online meeting was held with Rob Lewis and Alison Lake, representatives of the UK’s Norwich Institute of Language Education (NILE). At the meeting, a discussion was held regarding the organization of internships for professors and teachers of NUUz.
Now, starting from the 2022-2023 academic year, professors and teachers of NUUz will be admitted to the Norwich Institute of Language Education on a preferential basis. At the same time, Norwich Institute of Language Education, in cooperation with its partners, will also provide practical assistance in organizing summer schools focused on in-depth English for the students of UzMU.
Young scientists of NUUz are doing internships in foreign organizations
Tursunova Sahiba Safarzoda, intern-teacher of the Department of Interfaculty English, Faculty of Foreign Philology of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulug’bek, won the contest “Sending young scientists to foreign organizations for short-term internships” announced by the Innovation Development Agency. in April-May 2023, he returned from an internship at the Norwich Institute of Language Teaching, Great Britain.
