Today, October 14, a meeting on the election of youth leaders of the primary organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan was held at the National University of Uzbekistan.

The event was attended by the First Vice-Rector of the University, Jabbor Muhammadiyev, the Chairman of the Tashkent City Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, Shukurulloxon Anvarov, responsible persons dealing with youth issues, and active student youth.

At the meeting, the leader of the Primary Organization of the Youth Union was approved by voting. Daler Safarov, a first-year master’s student at the Faculty of Geology and Engineering Geology, was elected as the university youth leader. Also, the “Letter of Trust” was solemnly presented to the youth leader and faculty and direction coordinators who will work in the new academic year.

The importance of the responsibility of the newly elected youth leader and faculty and direction coordinators was emphasized, and sincere wishes were expressed for them to achieve high results in their activities, effectively implement collective tasks, and consistently fulfill the goals and objectives of the university.
