A meeting with sports specialists and masters of sports was held at the National University of Uzbekistan under the slogan “Together for mass sports”. The event was organized to attract students with disabilities to mass sports.

The meeting was attended by specialists in such sports as cycling, triathlon, taekwondo, track and field athletics and weightlifting. During the event, information was provided about the opportunities for students to engage in sports, the prospects for Paralympic sports, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Also, during the meeting, issues of identifying students with disabilities who are interested in sports and subsequently involving them in mass sports events were discussed.

This meeting was held as part of the work being carried out at the National University of Uzbekistan in the direction of developing inclusive education and a healthy lifestyle.
