At the National University of Uzbekistan, a seedling planting campaign was held within the framework of the nationwide project "Yashil Makon" in order to contribute to improving the ecological situation in our country and expanding green areas.

The event, organized within the framework of the nationwide project "Green Space," put forward by the head of our state, was attended by the university's leadership, faculty, faculty students, employees, tutors and students.

Under the action, 250 ornamental chestnut trees were planted in the green areas of the university.

It should be noted that chestnut seedlings are grown at the Faculty of Biology and are used for landscaping university grounds, the territory of faculties and student dormitories.
