Vice-Rector donated books to the school where he studied

Jabbor Muhammadiyev, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work at the National University of Uzbekistan, visited School No. 17 located in Nushkent village, Shahrisabz district, Kashkadarya region, and met with the staff of this institution.

The Vice-Rector presented a collection of nearly 100 fiction and popular science books related to Uzbek and world literature to the library of the school where he had studied.

J. Muhammadiyev had a warm conversation with the school staff, teachers, and students. He shared his fond memories from his school days. He recounted his journey from an ordinary school student to becoming a vice-rector, sharing his personal experiences and the education he received from his teachers.

It goes without saying that the increasing interest in reading in our country, initiated and proposed by the Head of State, will have a significant positive impact on the morality and upbringing of young people.

It is gratifying that it has become a unique tradition for leaders, intellectuals, workers and employees of all levels of our country to give books in a festive way to secondary schools where they studied.
