  • Participation in meetings of the University Council and production;

  • Coordinating the Rector's agenda;
  • Preparing reports on the work plan in accordance with the request of higher authorities and organizations;
  • Timely delivery of assignments given by the Rector to the constituent units of the university;
  • Assistance in planning and organizing local and foreign business trips of the University, meetings with foreign delegations;
  • Thoroughly examine the documents submitted by the office and distribute them to the employees of the structural units of the university;
  • Coordination of reception of legal and physical persons by the Rector;
  • Systematic organization of traveling receptions of the Rector in the regions;
  • Accompanying the rector in the rotation of the university territories;
