Abdullaev Timur Rashidovich, PhD, Associate Professor, was born on December 10, 1977 in Yekaterinburg (Russian Federation). A citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Nationality Uzbek. Education: in 2001, he graduated from the Special Faculty of the Tashkent University of Information Technology with a degree in radio and space communications engineering; from 2004 to 2006, he studied at the Center for Radioelectronic Systems and Information Technology at the Tashkent University of Information Technology with a Master’s degree in Information Security. He defended his dissertation in 2022 on the topic “Creation of a Cryptographically Secure Symmetric Block Encryption Algorithm” in the field of 05.01.05 – Methods and Systems of Information Protection.
