Adenbayev Bakhtiyor Yembergenovich was born in 1972 in the city of Nukus, Republic of Karakalpakstan. Doctor of Geographical Sciences (2020), Associate Professor (2010). Professor of the Department of Land Hydrology and Meteorology at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek (2026). He is the co-author of four monographs, one textbook, five teaching aids, three methodological manuals, two atlases, and more than 80 scientific articles. He has participated in one fundamental, two applied, and two international projects. Under his supervision, approximately 20 Master’s students and two PhD students have been trained.
