Graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Tashkent State University (1973). Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1980), Associate Professor (1983). In 1980, he defended his candidate’s dissertation on the topic “Неадиабатическая модель глубокой конвексии”. Published scientific and educational-methodical works. Co-author of the textbook “Meteorological calculations”, a collection of educational problems “Collection of problems from dynamic meteorology”.
