Alaev Ruhillo Habibovich currently works as an Associate Professor at the Department of Information Security, Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Intelligent Technologies, National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
R.H. Alaev graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree from the Samarkand branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies, and in 2009 he completed his Master’s degree at Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
In 2022, he obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.01.05 – “Methods and Systems of Information Protection. Information Security.”
In 2025, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty “Methods and Systems of Information Protection. Information and Cybersecurity.”
At the National University of Uzbekistan, he has worked as a researcher, assistant, lecturer, senior lecturer, and associate professor.
Alaev Ruhillo Habibovich conducts research not only in information security, but also in information systems, blockchain technologies, artificial intelligence, and NLP.
He is the author of 53 scientific works (including 23 articles) and 3 textbooks, and has participated in several scientific projects.
