BOTIROV Farkhodjon Uktamovich was born on July 8, 1993, in the Hazorasp district of the Khorezm region. He holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2014 and a Master’s degree in 2016 from the Faculty of Physics of National University of Uzbekistan. In 2016–2017, he worked as a research fellow at the Tashkent City Planetarium under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 2018 to 2025, he served as a lecturer and senior lecturer at the Department of Astronomy and Atmospheric Physics of the National University of Uzbekistan. Since 2025, he has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Nuclear Physics and Astronomy of the National University of Uzbekistan.
He is the author of more than 40 scientific works, including over 15 research articles published in national and international scientific journals. He has co-authored 2 textbooks and 1 teaching and methodological manual. He has supervised 2 master’s theses and 8 bachelor’s graduation qualification works. In addition, he is a participant in 1 fundamental research project. He also serves as the Scientific Secretary of the Scientific Council No. DSc.03/2025.27.12.FM.01.05 for awarding academic degrees at the National University of Uzbekistan and as a member of the seminar under this Council.
