Dovulov Nurulla Lapasovich – was born in 1985 in the village of Nakurt, Payarik district, Samarkand region. From 2008 to 2012, he studied at the National University of Uzbekistan, majoring in Hydrometeorology. In 2012-2014, he studied at the National University of Uzbekistan in the specialty “Hydrometeorology” (by type of activity). He was a lecturer at the Department of Land Hydrology of the National University of Uzbekistan in 2014-2016, a lecturer at the Department of Hydrology and Hydrogeology of the Faculty of Geology and Geography of the National University of Uzbekistan in 2016-2021, a lecturer at the Department of Land Hydrology of the Faculty of Hydrometeorology in 2018-2021, a lecturer at the Department of Land Hydrology of the Faculty of Hydrometeorology in 2021-2022, and since January 2022, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Land Hydrology of the National University of Uzbekistan. He has published 3 monographs and 2 textbooks (co-authored). He has published 5 articles in foreign journals and about 30 in periodicals of our Republic
