Sherzod Khashimovich Kamilov graduated from the Physics Department of the National University of Uzbekistan (now the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan) in 1981. He has been a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences since 1989.
He has 52 years of total work experience, including 40 years of teaching experience.

· From 1989 to 1991 – Assistant in the Department of General Physics, Faculty of Physics, Tashkent State University,
· 1991 – Senior Lecturer in the Department of General Physics, Faculty of Physics, Tashkent State University,
· 1991-1993 – Associate Professor, Department of General Physics, Faculty of Physics, Tashkent State University.
1993-1996 – Doctoral Candidate, Faculty of Physics, Tashkent State University.
1996-1997 – Associate Professor, Department of General Physics, Faculty of Physics, Tashkent State University.
1997-2011 – Associate Professor, Department of Forensic Science, Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2012-2017 – Associate Professor, Department of Natural Sciences, Military-Technical Institute of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2017-2020 – Senior Lecturer, Department of Natural Sciences, Military-Technical Institute of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2020 to present – Associate Professor, Department of General Physics, Faculty of Physics.
She actively implements modern teaching methods, new pedagogical and information innovative technologies, and develops video courses, electronic teaching aids, multimedia educational resources, and presentation materials in specialized disciplines.
She actively participates in the department’s research and methodological work. She regularly improves standard and working curricula and contributes to the methodological support of the educational process.
She is actively involved in the social life of the university and faculty.
Sh. Kh. Kamilov has published over 100 scientific and educational works, including:

More than 60 scientific articles.
His scientific and educational works are actively used in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
